At Vie Athletics, we choose to pause. To slow down and take a closer look—not just at the women who walk through our doors but at the hearts behind them. We also look beyond our walls, noticing the needs in our community and asking: “How can we help?”
This practice of seeing and serving has always been part of who we are. Generosity isn’t an extra step; it’s a cornerstone of how we grow. As we expand and welcome new faces, we hope to find even more ways to give back, to leave a lasting impact, and to build something beautiful together.

In our community
Supporting Women & Families
In 2024, we identified needs within our own community and stepped up with compassion and action:
- Baby Leo Fundraiser
- An incredible $40,000 was raised to support Baby Leo and his family with Vie matching $6,000.
- 150 attendees gathered at Farm12 for a workout and brunch filled with love and hope.
- Breast Cancer Awareness
- Over $7,000 raised to support breast health services.
- Nearly 100 Vie members, family, and friends participated in local awareness events.
- Little Steps Big Dreams
- As a $10,000 Title Sponsor, we supported early childhood education, joining families in a meaningful 5k race.
- Blood Drives
- More than 50 Vie members donated blood, potentially saving up to 150 lives.
- Nail Polish Drive
- The Tacoma studio collected 300 bottles of polish for Seattle Children’s Hospital, spreading joy and color to young patients.
Inside the Studios
Strengthening Member Connections
We came together in big and small ways this year through events that inspired connection and joy:
- Holiday Coed Workouts: Over 500 participants celebrated fitness and fun on the 4th of July and Thanksgiving.
- Free Monthly Yoga: Welcoming more than 1,200 attendees, these classes offered peace and balance.
- Halloween Celebrations: Family-friendly themed workouts, dance parties, and potlucks brought together over 800 members and their loved ones.
- Run Club: Members ran outside our studios, connecting with each other every step of the way.
- Nike Co Store Access: Vie members & their families enjoyed exclusive opportunities to upgrade their fitness gear with deep discounts.
- Special Clinics in Arizona: Our mobility, barbell, nutrition, and wellness events empowered over 300 members with tools for growth and health.
Improving the Vie Experience
Investing in Coaches & Facilities
This year, we continued to make meaningful investments in our coaches and spaces:
- Coach Development: We invested in the growth of our incredible coaches through online and in-person continuing education.
- Studio Enhancements:
- We updated bathrooms in the South Hill, Bonney Lake, Tacoma, and Downtown studios.
- The Downtown Puyallup and Tacoma remodels began with more transformations ahead.
Member Incentives
Opportunities for Growth & Perks
We offered current and new members opportunities to complete challenges, improving their fitness while earning financial perks.
- JoyUp Challenge: Over 400 members completed a 21-workout challenge, earning 15% off their next month’s membership.
- New Member Challenge: Vie invited 250 new members to complete a workout challenge in April and earn the month of May free.
A Focus on the Future
Supporting Student Athletes
In 2024, we extended our reach into local schools and sports teams, contributing thousands of dollars to ensure young athletes and students had the resources they needed to thrive.
