Join Coach Bri for a restorative 60-minute flow. Consider this your midweek mind and body reset. Enjoy a carefully curated playlist of fun and motivating music while you flow through vinyasa sequences. This class is designed for beginners and experienced yogies alike and will complement your Vie workouts. Bring a mat and water bottle. Yoga blocks are optional.
Yoga is open to both members and non-members, and it is free of charge. So, bring a girlfriend! Event is capped at 50 participants.

Let's go hiking! Join your fellow Vie sisters for some outdoor fun. Coach Sarah will lead this 2.7 mile hike. Anticipate 1 hour hiking time. Family & friends are welcome to join!
Want to Carpool? Meet at the Vie studio at 8:00AM
Or, meet at the Trail Head at 8:30AM.
Don't forget water, sunscreen, a hat, and comfortable shoes.

Reset your mind and body after the busy holidays with Coach Laura during this complimentary one-hour yoga class. Laura will guide you through a vinyasa yoga flow. Modifications will be offered to ensure this class is appropriate for all levels. Bring a mat and water bottle. Yoga blocks are optional.
Yoga is open to both members and non-members, and it is free of charge. So, bring a girlfriend! Event is capped at 40 participants.
Members are welcome to take both a yoga and a strength class on the same day.
