Terms of Cancellation

Washington Member Notification Requirement: To cancel your membership as a Washington member, you must email Vie Athletics at support@vieathletics.com by the 20th of the month preceding the next billing cycle. Billing for Washington members occurs on the first of every month.

Arizona Member Notification Requirement: To cancel your membership as an Arizona member, you must email Vie Athletics at support@vieathletics.com at least 14 days prior to your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations submitted fewer than 14 days before your billing date will take effect the following billing cycle.

Valid Email Address: Cancellation requests must be sent from a valid email address and cannot be submitted through the website “Contact Us” page, social media, or any other form of communication outside of email to support@vieathletics.com. This policy ensures we have a record of both sending and receiving the cancellation notice.

Failure to Provide Proper Notice: If proper notice is not received, one additional billing cycle will be processed as scheduled, and studio access will remain active during that time. Members will receive a confirmation email once their cancellation has been processed.

No Exceptions: Our cancellation policy is strict and final. No exceptions will be made for any reason, including but not limited to moving, financial situations, injuries, or any other circumstance not explicitly mentioned here.



Membership Conditions

Duration: Memberships are on a month-to-month basis.

Waiver Requirement: Participation in any physical activity requires a signed Release of Liability Participant waiver.

Membership Changes: Vie Athletics reserves the right to modify membership plans with 30 days' notice.

Non-Transferability: Memberships cannot be transferred to another individual.

Health Disclosure: Any medical conditions must be disclosed to a Vie Athletics Coach prior to training.

Refund Policy: All sales are final. Memberships are non-refundable.
