Terms of Cancellation

Notification Requirement: To cancel your membership, you must email Vie Athletics at support@vieathletics.com by the 20th of the month preceding the next billing cycle. Billing occurs on the first of every month.

Valid Email Address: Cancellation requests must be sent from a valid email address. Using the contact page on our website is not an acceptable method. This policy ensures we have a record of both sending and receiving the cancellation notice.

No Exceptions: Our cancellation policy is strict and final. Exceptions will not be made for any reason, including relocation, financial hardship, injuries, etc.



Membership Conditions

Duration: Memberships are on a month-to-month basis.

Waiver Requirement: Participation in any physical activity requires a signed Release of Liability Participant waiver.

Membership Changes: Vie Athletics reserves the right to modify membership plans with 30 days' notice.

Non-Transferability: Memberships cannot be transferred to another individual.

Health Disclosure: Any medical conditions must be disclosed to a Vie Athletics Coach prior to training.

Refund Policy: All sales are final. Memberships are non-refundable.
