—Weekend Bliss—
- Get outside– After a long week of work, make sure to schedule time for the great outdoors. Go on a hike or find a pretty run to explore. A little rain never hurt anyone and it’s good exercise ;).
- Eat like it’s a week day– How many times have you heard people say, “ Oh, it’s the weekend.”If you were to binge every weekend, that’s 29% of the week gone down the tube. This unfortunately will add up over time, and you will start to wonder why you don’t feel good. Have a little dessert or a glass of wine, but keep everything in balance. We work to hard in our workouts to throw it all away.
- Plan baby plan– You may be sick of scheduling every minute of your life Monday through Friday, but we guarantee having at least a few things on your weekend calendar makes Saturday and Sunday seem like a lot more than two days. Try something new! One of our favorite things- the Puyallup Farmer’s Market!
- Take a bubble bath – For your grand finale, end the weekend with a good book, a chamomile tea and a bubble bath.
