Meal Prep Recipes For November 2018

November is the pearl-grey month, the changeling between warm crimson October and cold white December, the month when the leaves fall in slow drifting whirled and the shapes of the trees are revealed. When the earth imperceptibly wakes and stretches her bare limbs to display her stubborn, unconquerable strength before she settles uneasily into winter.

Colder months are upon us and with that comes the beginning of the Holiday Season, our very favorite time of year! Vie is transformed to not only a place of possibility and growth, but of giving, cheer, and community for all. Oh, did we mention new Fall Vie Girl Gear!? Below we’ve got recipes for each week of the month for you to stay on track with your fitness goals while providing your body the nutrients it needs to be happy and healthy. Let’s dig in!

{week one}
