Chicken Fajita Sweet Potato Skins Recipe by Tasty

Using a fork, poke holes down one side of each sweet potato. Microwave for 3-5 minutes, or until softened. Let sweet potatoes cool before handling.

Cauliflower Fried Rice (Video) – Iowa Girl Eats

Cauliflower Fried Rice will trick your tastebuds in the best way possible. This 20 minute gluten-free, low-carb recipe will be a hit at your house! Do you ever find it funny thinking about the things you know now, never thinking you’d know anything about them? Bahahaha.

Spaghetti Squash Chow Mein – Little Bits Of Real Food

If you know me, you know that I get on kicks of liking different foods way too much. Then I eat it all the time and eventually get sick of it. The first time I can remember this happening was with Easy Mac when I was a child.

Italian Turkey Meatballs in Tomato Sauce Recipe | Cookin’ Canuck

Meatballs are always a crowd pleaser. The ones in this Italian Turkey Meatball recipe happily wallow in a pan of homemade tomato sauce. When my husband and I lived in New York City years ago, we regularly hit various Italian restaurants around the city, from the authentic joints in Little Italy to the family-style place near our apartment.

Parmesan Roasted Carrots

Did you know I wrote a cookbook? Check out the Holiday Slow Cooker Cookbook for 100 delicious recipes. I post a lot of recipes on my Facebook Page. Some of them are mine and others are from blogger friends of mine who I trust and love their recipes.

Greek Chicken Meal Prep Bowls – Damn Delicious

Packed with everyone’s favorite fresh Greek flavors! With chicken, cucumber salad and homemade Greek yogurt tzatziki sauce! This take on meal prep is my absolute favorite and a perfect change up to the standard meal prep I have been used to for weeks (months actually!).

Paleo Turkey Chili – The Clean Eating Couple

Healthy Paleo Turkey Chili is an easy meal made in the crockpot. Loaded with vegetables & turkey – it’s going to be your new favorite low FODMAP dinner! Now that it’s September it’s basically fall in my head. As far as I’m concerned – the second August is over, it’s fall.

{week four}

Spicy Zucchini Cauliflower Rice – Divalicious Recipes

A spicy cauliflower rice dish that is full of spice, heat and flavour! Although I made this as a side dish, it would make a hearty main dish too. I had a bowl of it by itself for lunch whilst the Chief Taster enjoyed his as a side to some chicken.

Spinach Feta Turkey Burgers – The Lemon Press

While it’s been raining POURING in the Pacific Northwest, I’ve been looking for new ways to bring my favorite summer grilling dishes to life inside. Seeing that it’s January, and I’m still trying to hang on to any fragment of my New Years resolutions, I wanted something healthy.

Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts – The Food Charlatan

Roasted vegetables (like these Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes) are superior in almost every way; it’s a fact. But they take up valuable oven space on holidays. Make them ahead of time and reheat! Save on time and stress. Do you like Brussels sprouts? I have to admit, they are a recently found love of mine.

Hello! A few questions for you that I’ve been wondering about for myself and wondered what has worked for you. What do your meals look like if/when you work out first thing in the morning? Do you eat anything before you work out? Do you just have a protein shake afterwards or do you try to eat a real meal?
