Meal Prep Recipes For March 2017

 We have something for everyone in March! This plan caters to the “paleo girl”, to the “macro girl”, all the way to the “vegetarian girl”. That’s right! #Meatlessmonday, the VieGirls are coming for you! Regardless of each individual’s lifestyle, our goal is always 4-6oz. of protein, 1/2 cup of carbs and 1-2 servings of vegetables per meal. Nutrition doesn’t have to be redundant and boring, but it does need to provide the proper fuel for our bodies. Simple math, better food in equals better workouts!  Let’s clean it up in March!

{week one}

I had brussels sprouts for the very first time in my 30’s. My parents never made them when I was growing up. Then I got married. Oh boy. Lots of things my husband liked I had never had before. Early in our married life he said he had a hankering for brussels sprouts.
