Bold Stripes, Bright Stars, Brave Hearts!

Meal Prep Recipes For July 2018

Eleanor Roosevelt once said ‘with great freedom comes great responsibility’ and Peter Marshall once said ‘may we think of freedom, not as the right to do as we please, but as the opportunity to do what is right’. So what does this have to do with you Vie Girl? A lot! Just as we have a responsibility as American’s to live as true and as free and as honest as we can, we have that same responsibility to live that way in our own lives. When it comes to food, nutrition, and maintaining a nutritious lifestyle, we must take that same type of responsibility and pride and apply that to ourselves.

We often have the blessed freedom to choose whatever and however much of essentially any food to consume. With that being said, there is a great responsibility that sits on our very own shoulders to make the right decisions for our health and happiness. Sure, you may have the freedom to bring home Taco Time or KFC, but you also have the freedom to bring home nutritious and raw foods to compile a delicious meal. We’ve collected our favorite summertime foods for your meal prep – even ones that your family will love!

You don’t have to eat less, you just have to eat right! Let’s dig in, Vie Girls!
