“Though she be but little, she is fierce.”
– Shakespeare-

Our hearts warm when we see Jennifer’s beautiful smile and determined eyes walk through our doors. This woman is not only beautiful, but she is tough. One of the highest compliments we can give a girl is “You’re tough and you CAN do this.” We don’t throw those words around lightly. Jennifer has earned every ounce of respect she is given. Her life, her Vie, hasn’t been easy the last couple of years.   She lost her dad. Her sister was diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer. On top this, she works in a challenging work environment. Not once has she complained! She still keeps moving forward, setting an example for the rest of us. Jennifer, you have been through the fire and become the flames. It’s inspiring for us as coaches to watch you work out because you simply don’t quit. When we demonstrate the workout you nod your head and have this “I’m ready, bring it” look on your face. We are so in love with you and your approach to life! Never change. Know that you have a pack of strong sisters who will always have your back.  If you ever need us, you know where to find us.

Here’s to you, Jennifer!

♥ How long have you been a member at Vie?

3 months

What does Vie mean to you?

LIFE, strength, friendship, better healthy choices, motivation and progress for all of us Vie Girls!

How has Vie made an impact on your life?

Vie has made me more full of LIFE! My husband said to me recently, “I feel like you’re back”. Some things have weighed me down in the past couple years after losing my dad, my sister being diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer, and working in a challenging work environment over the past few years. I have made significant changes in the past few months and Vie was one of the greatest choices I made. I now feel like I can do anything and handle anything that comes my way! This is all due to the strength and confidence I have gained not only physically but also emotionally and spiritually after joining Vie. I am now so much more full of Vie/life for my two girls, they even like to copy my workouts when I get home. Vie, you have a member for life!

♥ What music gets you pumped for a workout?

Anything with a strong bass. I like to focus my reps by getting lost to the beat.

♥ What thoughts run through your mind during a workout?

“You got this!” (No matter what the Vie Coaches challenge us with, I believe I can do it!)

♥ What motivates you to get to Vie every day?

Knowing that I’m going to be mad at myself for not going! I love walking in and being welcomed and greeted by my name and then challenged and cheered on for my effort throughout the workout by the coaches and other Vie Girls. I love that the routine is consistent, yet the workouts are unpredictable so I never get bored! I always feel like I’m being challenged!

I’m also motivated by seeing the changes in my body by feeling so much more full of Vie/life now that I’m working out on a regular basis and eating more healthy. It’s inspiring to see all of us girls make progress through all of the different challenging workouts! I love that we cheer for each other.

Jen is my daughter in law and this article describes her perfectly. Jen is a shaker and and a mover. She doesn’t let anytbing stop her from moving forward and she has raised her daughter’s to be “can do” little ones. If they fall, they don’t wail….they get up , wipe themselves off and keep moving. Just like mommy. We are all Blessed to have Jen in our lives and she looks FANTASTIC!!
