How many lbs of turkey etc. for one week? Do I make just one of the options a week or both? Totally new to meal prep.

      Hi Cheryl!

We apologize for not getting back to your question sooner and hope that your meal prep is going well! 1lb package of turkey makes about 4 turkey burgers, so if it’s just for you, 1-2 packages of turkey a week should be good! Hope this helps.
