Michelle took a leap of faith seven months ago and became one of our Founding members. At first Michelle wasn’t so sure about her decision. It took a little coaxing to get her through the doors :). However over time, she truly embraced the life of Vie.  She quickly became a vital part of our community. We couldn’t be more thankful for her decision! The transformation, both physical and mental, has been inspiring to all of us VieGirls. Michelle, you are remarkable. We see how hard you work in and outside of the gym and couldn’t be prouder.  You went from being timid to fierce. Here is to you NEVER walking with your chin down, here is to you walking into a room and making it your own, and NEVER letting fear get in the way of your progress. You’re a warrior, Michelle!  We love you.

♥ How long have you been a member at Vie?

7 months

What does Vie mean to you?

Community, encouragement, friendship, strength, and confidence to believe in myself.  I get to be the best ME possible.

How has Vie made an impact on your life?

Vie has greatly impacted my life over the last 7 months. From being out of shape, not thinking I could do the workouts, to seeing results and wanting to go every day. It’s my Me vs. Me adventure and journey. It’s helped me set and reach goals. My transformation has come so far.  I’m not done! What I once thought was impossible, Vie has aspired me to dig deeper and realize nothing is too far out of my reach. When I walk through the doors of Vie, I’m always greeted with a smile, encouragement, and hello’s from my Vie family. Vie has become a part of me.

♥ What music gets you pumped for a workout?

Anything with a fast beat!

♥ What thoughts run through your mind during a workout?

I can do this…eek, how much longer? I got this, it’s Me vs. Me, it will be over soon and well worth it!

♥ What motivates you to get to Vie every day? 

The changes I’ve noticed within myself, both internally and physically.
