Welcome back, Summertime!

Life’s a Beach, Learn How to Enjoy the Waves!

Meal Prep Recipes For June 2018

Sunshine and summertime, blue skies and green grass, the warmth is right around the corner, how are your summer goals going?! Our nutrition challenge for you this month: eat less from a box and more from the earth. It’s true what they say you know – the more hungry your body is, the more nutrients it needs. So why not give it what it wants, and needs, with a little flare from the recipes below!

Here’s a fun fact for you: did you know that every 35 days, your skin replaces itself? Your liver replaces its own cells in about a month. Your body makes all of the new cells from the food that you eat. So whatever quality of nutrients you put in your body is what they will use to rebuild you, from the inside out. So maybe that saying, ‘you are what you eat’ isn’t so far after all! Good news?

You have a choice in what you are made of. Eat well, fell well, do well, be well. From our kitchen to yours, we hope you enjoy these recipes just as much as we have. Bon Appetit!
