Meal Prep Recipes For July 2017

We have compiled two recipes per week, for four weeks. If meal prepping isn’t your thing, select one meal and make extra servings.  Everyone loves leftovers! Get crafty and share your creations! We love following all of your meal posts. Also, there are a couple vegetarian options sprinkled on the menu this month. There is something for everyone.
We have no doubt that your “normal” routine is looking a little different now that summer is here.  Even with all the extra fun, we should still strive to keep those healthy habits we’ve worked so hard to establish.  Vie means life, staying consistent through all seasons.
Healthy women = Happy Vie.

Crock Pot Mexican Casserole

I’m beginning to wonder if my appetite has some sort of homing beacon that orients itself toward Mexican food. If it’s been a few weeks since we’ve eaten it, the next time I enter the grocery store, I’ll find myself drifting toward the enchilada sauce and chili powder, as if being pulled by an invisible string connected to the end of my grocery cart.
