Meal Prep Recipes For May 2018

Summer is right around the corner, just like that! We’re so excited for warmer weather, beautiful blue skies, and strengthening our sisterhood through the months ahead! At this point in the year, you should be thinking about some new goals, completing the old ones, and remembering the forgotten ones. Success will always come from what you do consistently and not what you do occasionally, it’s important to remember this includes what you eat! We’ve got some yummy recipes to get you through the month of May on track and well on your way towards tackling your goals one week at a time. 

{week one} 

Steak Cobb Salad Meal Prep – Damn Delicious

Prep for the week ahead! Loaded with protein, nutrients and greens! Plus, this is low carb, easy peasy and budget-friendly. Sometimes lean meats and fishes can get a little boring after a while.
