Our beautiful University Place location opened its doors in March 2023. It serves University Place, Fircrest, Steilacoom, Lakewood, South Tacoma, and the surrounding communities. Located just minutes off HWY 16, Vie University Place is within walking distance to coffee, salons, dining, and shopping. WholeFoods and Trader Joes are just a short drive up the street. Come sweat with the women in your community, and find your strength with the sisterhood.

Vie specializes in full body strength endurance workouts. We lift free weights, run, jump, and use our body weight. Every movement comes with encouraged modifications, allowing all age ranges, experience levels, and lifestyles to feel challenged yet safe . It's our job to make you feel comfortable. We have a team of professional fitness lovers dedicated to creating fun and thoughtful workouts for your enjoyment. Our workouts are also Physical Therapist approved. Each unique workout is made with great care, focusing on our member's health. Vie means life, and we program for the long-term.
