A welcoming location found in South Hill where members gather to socialize, sweat, and escape. High energy music and fun strength workouts are just some of what Vie has to offer. Truly in a class of its own, this Puyallup gym offers an incomparable mix of fitness programming and hospitality. Find our convenient South Hill location right off of Meridian, not far from you. Join the sisterhood.

Vie is a private instruction studio. We specialize in full body strength endurance workouts.  We lift free weights, run, jump, and use our body weight. Every movement comes with encouraged modifications, allowing all age ranges, experience levels, and lifestyles to feel challenged yet safe. It's our job to make you feel comfortable. We have a team of professional fitness lovers and Coaches dedicated to creating fun and thoughtful workouts for your enjoyment. Our workouts are also Physical Therapist approved.  Each unique workout is made with great care, focusing on our member's health. We hope that through our studios and concepts, you find joy in movement.

If you are a first time guest, Please create an account and view the schedule to enroll for a workout time online. There is No need to arrive early, you're signed up and we will be ready for you! The workout will take approximately one hour of your time.
