As proud supporters of messy hair and yoga pants, we highly suggest you incorporate our unique yoga classes into your life pattern. These workouts, paired with our strength classes, ensure you stay mobile and healthy. Here you will stretch, develop additional core strength, and learn an inversion or two. Clear the mind. Namastay.
Our signature strength class is a full body workout. For one straight hour we get down to business using free weights, circuit training, and cardio elements. We warm-up together, get stronger as a pack, and finish with a zen cool down. This workout will transform the way you look and feel!

Amber is a girly tomboy who loves to run and lift something heavy. She grew up with two brothers who introduced her to all the sports she loves today. A littler later in life she discovered a love for sprinting and received an athletic scholarship to the University of Washington. After graduation, she obtained her American Council of Exercise certification and USA Weight lifting certification. As a coach, you will find both the good cop and bad cop in Amber. She believes every workout deserves your best effort. She has one mission – to make the women in her community stronger and kinder.
For fun, Amber loves traveling to new places, cuddling with her daughter, and running. She believes in living a balanced life centered on faith, relationships, and health.

Meet Heidi- The ultimate yogi who does it all. Not only is she the queen of all those beautiful inversions we all wish we could do, she also dabbles in fencing, hiking, the trapeze, slack lining, and lifting. Her sense of adventure and spontaneity is what inspires her classes. If the word empowerment could become incarnate, Heidi would appear. She fully embraces the privilege of helping women open their hearts to healing their bodies. She breaks down barriers and exposes your raw beauty. There is no excuse to not come see her!
Heidi’s loves are her three children. Between their busy schedule and hers, she has miraculously found a balance between chaos and flow. Her secret weapons: lip-gloss, water, and gum. Who knew?!
What’s there not to love about Vie? More like, what’s there not to love about Bri! Bri has come to the Sisterhood adding a vibrant smile and courageous heart. She empowers women to push themselves outside their comfort zone and to surpass the limits they’ve thought they’ve been confined to. She’s well versed in lifting technique, gymnastics, and has her ISSA certification. kettlebell movements are her favorite, and when she’s not at coaching she’s out adventuring in the vast Washington wilderness. She loves the quote “Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about”. We hope you have the opportunity to catch a class with Bri, she’ll help you overcome every fear you’ve had about fitness and more. She’s a blessing to us, and our Vie Girls are a blessing to her!

Megan comes to Vie loving the fact that every woman, no matter her age, weight, experience, fitness level, or story, is celebrated when she walks through our doors. She’s encouraged to belong, she is a part of our culture, and it’s a caring and genuine place for her to grow. Megan only looks to further this mission and she’s a dedicated, whole-hearted, and kind woman who makes a difference in our community. She is a mother to a “former” micro-preemie and medically-fragile baby who is now the beautiful and vibrant age of 5, she grew up riding horses and has been on a happy, healthy, weight loss journey since joining Vie. As a coach, she aspires to help the women at Vie feel better about themselves and Megan feels honored to spend time with our members. She wants women to know that everyone at Vie is rooting for you, whether you know it or not and she’s an ACE certified instructor so she’s full of knowledge! She wants to help you surprise your self constantly by facing adversities, doubts, and experiences you thought you couldn’t previously overcome, by leaving the gym confident and successful. We’re honored to call her a member and a coach and think you’re going to love her as much as we do!
Angelica is one of Vie’s gems. She started running track in elementary school, and didn’t stop until her senior year at Washington State University. While training, sprinting and jumping, she also managed to obtain her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. She later pursued her Doctorate of Physical Therapy, and is now actively working in hospitals and Vie.
Angelica has an impressive resume, but nothing compares to her heart of gold. She’s always smiling and genuinely loves people. She cheers you on and gives you a gentle push toward your goals. She has two baby twin girls who have no clue how lucky they are yet. They will have front row seats, learning from a woman who always puts others before herself. She sees the best in you. After hanging out with her, you will start to see it too.
Lindsey is a well-rounded, knowledgeable and kind presence at Vie. After returning back to Washington State from playing NCAA Softball and rehabbing a shoulder, she fell head over heels in love with Vie. From the culture to the members, the facilities to the programming, she knew that whatever she wanted to accomplish physically is possible, and then some! After training for some time at Vie, she discovered the possibility of making a profound impact on the lives of the members as a coach and she was an instant fit. Lindsay believes that everyone has a spot at Vie and there truly are no limitations for what you can accomplish, physically, mentally, and emotionally with a strong community of women surrounding you. When she’s not at Vie, she’s road tripping down the coast, long boarding, putting on the green at her local golf course or playing slow pitch with her girlfriends. She’s a genuine addition to Vie!
Jayden has a contagious smile and a golden heart. She’s mentally and emotionally invested in helping women become the happiest and healthiest they can possibly be – she’s a great addition to the Vie Athletics Team! She loves everything fitness and pushing the bounds of what her body is able to do. When she’s not at vie you can find her hiking the beautiful Washington mountains, running trails, lifting weights, and listening to her music… LOUD! You might even catch her singing along, too!
She’s a NASM certified women’s fitness specialist (WFS) with a specialty in fitness nutrition (FNS) and certified personal trainer (CPT). Jayden greatly enjoys meeting and greeting new women in and out of Vie in effort to not only help them establish goals but crush them too!
Jen is a positive and uplifting coach for Vie. Anytime she walks into a room she literally brings the energy. She’s willing to embrace every person she comes into contact with – she’s genuine and accepting, loving and kind. She’s not afraid to jump right into the mix and give everyone a good laugh. Jen is passionate about being a strength and conditioning coach for Vie because she believes that as women we must not only be strong and healthy for others but for ourselves, too. She’s a huge proponent of Vie Yoga and she’s been a committed participant since day one. Jen wants to encourage every member to take part in Vie Yoga, in addition to Vie Workouts, because it’s changed not only her life but her posture as well. In her spare time, she’s a mother to 5 children (4 girls and 1 boy) who loves to be outside in the grand outdoors. During the winter times, she likes to make her own yummy recipes and knit, educating her children at home instilling a love for learning and knowledge at every level. She also loves hanging upside down in random handstand holds around the house – so if you see any mysterious shoe marks on the wall, it’s most likely just Jen!
Amanda comes to vie willing to help every woman be store today so she can be strong tomorrow. She aspires to help everyone understand that exercise not only changes your body, but it changes your mind, your attitude and your mood. She’s a vibrant soul full of generosity and knowledge about women’s fitness. She’s ready to inspire you every single class to work hard, sweat more, and laugh… a lot! During her weekends you can find her at a Seahawk or Husky football game – in fact, she goes to every single UW home game! She’s a former NCAA Softball Athlete at PLU who helped win her team a National Championship. Her competitive spirit wants to see you succeed at every challenge your workout and life throws at you – we promise you’re going to be inspired by Amanda, just like we are!
