As proud supporters of messy hair and yoga pants, we highly suggest you incorporate our unique yoga classes into your life pattern. These workouts, paired with our strength classes, ensure you stay mobile and healthy. Here you will stretch, develop additional core strength, and learn an inversion or two. Clear the mind. vie yoga

Our signature strength class is a full body workout. For one straight hour we get down to business using free weights, circuit training, and cardio elements. We warm-up together, get stronger as a pack, and finish with a zen cool down. This workout will transform the way you look and feel!

If you are a first time guest, please arrive ten minutes prior to the class start time to sign paper work and meet the coach. We will respect your busy schedules by being prompt. Classes will take approximately one hour of your time.
