As proud supporters of messy hair and yoga pants, we highly suggest you incorporate our unique yoga classes into your life pattern. These workouts, paired with our strength classes, ensure you stay mobile and healthy. Here you will stretch, develop additional core strength, and learn an inversion or two. Clear the mind. Our signature strength class is a full body workout. For one straight hour we get down to business using free weights, circuit training, and cardio elements. We warm-up together, get stronger as a pack, and finish with a zen cool down. This workout will transform the way you look and feel!

If you are a first time guest, please arrive ten minutes prior to the class start time to sign paper work and meet the coach. We will respect your busy schedules by being prompt. Classes will take approximately one hour of your time.

Donna is a woman who thrives off of positive energy and Trader Joe’s cookie butter! She’s always the first to smile and say hello, putting all members at ease. Her background is in exercise science, making her classes safe and functional. If we could describe Donna in one word it would be joy. If you don’t walk in with a smile, you will leave with one. Her classes are fun and energetic! An hour of time flies by and you leave looking forward to more.

Donna wants all women to feel comfortable and empowered in a gym setting. No judgment, just smiles and hard work.

Bri is fierce, fun, and full of fire. Sisterhood is her mantra, humble and kind are her passions. She’s a fitness powerhouse with a rare desire for burpees, v-ups, and even planks, of which we admire! She embodies a diverse physical and training background, having run track and field, continuing onto instructing kickboxing, TRX, and circuit classes before relocating to Bonney Lake. Bri has found a beautiful relationship with vegan food and fitness. She brings a warm smile and huge heart to Vie and has the ability to make everyone around her feel comfortable. “All I need today is a little bit of coffee, and a whole lot of Jesus” – catch a class with Bri and prepare your heart, and your mind, to ignite a fire that burns brightly within you, too!

Meet Dana, lover of holistic health and movement, with your not so average story. After being in a life threatening accident at 25, she had to relearn to walk and cope with the effects of a TBI. Even through this she refused to lose hope and is never defined by her limitations. Dana discovered yoga in her wheelchair in chair yoga and never looked back. Yoga is her way to give back to the body that has been through so much. As a Mental Health Counselor and a Holistic Nutritional Health Coach, it is her desire to spread the ripple effect of health. She wants all women to feel empowered and take back their lives no matter their past, present, or future. She belongs to the movement of breaking boundaries and plays an active role in healing our members.

Dana loves sushi and eats a Fuji apple seven days a week. She’s a mom to two crazy boys and a dog lover. Give this girl a hoodie and cozy socks and she will be good to go!

Sue creates friendships wherever she goes cultivated in happiness, growth, and a radiant expression seen by on-lookers. She finds a way to make every individual she comes into contact with shine brighter than she found them. An elegant mind, habitually engrained in gratefulness and appreciation for mothers, wives, friends and strangers alike. Sue finds solitude and peace in long marathons, notably the Boston Marathon and Ironman Triathalon. Her backgrounds include personal training, running coaching, and other fitness modalities. When she’s not powering through her workout with a loaded barbell, she’s lifting others up with kind encouragement and inspiration. She’s determined to help you rise as the incredible woman you are, and we’re blessed to not only know Sue but to embrace her for the life-giving and laughter-inducing woman that she is!

Tayler is one of the most vibrant, energetic, and fun loving women we have had the pleasure of knowing, let alone adding to our wonderful lineup of coaches! The moment you walk into her class you know you’re in for a one of a kind experiences where you’re going to sweat, dance, and laugh your way through a tough workout! She believes that having a strong social community and support team at the place where you come to work out and grow every day is one of the most unique things about Vie. Tayler aspires to not only stay healthy for herself, but for her little girl as well! Being a mother has taught her the importance of taking care of yourself for more than just the short-term and she aspires to encourage and motivate every woman and mother who comes through the doors. Outside of Vie, you might find Tayler doing cartwheels on the beach, MCing a local fitness competition, or napping – charging her energizer bunny energy! We’re lucky to have her and think you’re going to love her just as we do!

Gina is a joyous blessing to have at Vie. She’s always rockin’ a big welcoming smile and she brings the energy to every class she teaches and takes at Vie! She bumps the jams, dances with wild abandon, and uses her education, certifications, and skills to teach women that they have everything within them to become strong, confident, and fierce. As an entrepreneur herself, she understands how valuable your time is when you come to class. She strives to make the hour that you spend at Vie the most power-packed, enjoyable, stress-relieving and confidence building experience from start to finish. When Gina isn’t at Vie, she’s a wedding photographer and hand lettering artist by day, taco connoisseur by night! You can catch some of her work on the latest Monthly Goal Board or on little mementos around Vie, or better yet, swing into our Bonney Lake location and catch one of her classes!
