Virtual And In Class Experience

VIE ATHLETICS SAFETY PLAN

1.     We have limited the occupancy of each location.
2.     We require all members to sign up in advance for a workout timeslot.
3.     There will be a 24 hour cancelation policy. If you cancel 24 hours outside of your timeslot start time you will not lose any of your workout passes. There will be no exceptions made for cancelations within 24 hours.
5.     Please only register for a timeslot if you are fully committed to attending. This is especially important for unlimited members to consider.
6.     If you are a new guest please sign all waivers and sign-in prior to coming in. You can create a profile here. When you arrive, please let the coach know it's your first visit.
7.     Please wait in your car or outside until the workout before you is completely finished. Please do not come into the classroom early.
8.     After using equipment, coaches and members must spray down everything they have touched and allow for proper dry time.
9.      Six-foot distance visuals have been provided and will be used during workouts.
10.     We will have tables at every entrance for everyone to sanitize their hands before participating in a workout.
11.     We highly recommend that everyone wash their hands after a workout.
12.     No high-fives or physical contact with other members.
13.     Contactless coaching.
14.     Coaches will check their temperature checked before their shift.
15.     Intentional programming that allows for safe and smooth transitions.
16.     Masks are optional for members during the workout. However, masks are required before and after workouts as you enter and exit Vie. If you choose to wear a mask while exercising, please be mindful of your body temperature and oxygen level.
17.     Refrain from touching your face (eyes, nose, mouth).
18.     Please bring your own water bottle. Water fountains will be out of commission during this time. We will provide a water bottle if you need one.

Question: Do I have to wear a mask?
Answer: It is both safe and permitted for you to not workout in a mask. If you choose to wear a mask, please be mindful of your body temperature and oxygen level. We want you to feel both safe and comfortable while at Vie. Please wear your mask as you walk from your car into the building, and put it back on after your workout is complete.

Question: Can I choose to not sign-up and attend a workout?
Answer: If you were to come to a workout time-slot without signing-up in advance, you will not be able to workout if the facility has reached it's max capacity (50% occupancy). If the occupancy was smaller than the 50% mark, you could still join the workout time-slot. We highly recommend signing-up in advance to ensure you have a spot.

Question: How do I sign-up for a workout?
Answer: Please see above for detailed instructions.

Question: Will we always have to sign-up for time-slots?
Answer: We hope in the future to return back to our former business model. As we gain more information and time goes on, we will make these decisions. For now, we are going to have members sign-up in advance.

Question: What additional cleaning measures are you taking to ensure a clean environment?
Answer: We have always prided ourselves in having a clean studio, but we are now taking extra precautions. We have increased our professional cleanings though the week, have added hand washing stations to select studios, have cleaning processes, and are maintaining a six foot distance while working out. Our programming will not only consider our member's goals and strength, but their safety.

Question: How many people do you have in class right now?  
Answer: During Phase 2 and Phase 3 we are limited in class size at each location, which is reflected in the total roster spots available per class in the Pike13 Scheduling App you use to reserve class times.

Question: Are there enough classes and times to fit my lifestyle needs? 
Answer: We have increased our class schedule by 40% to meet our members' scheduling needs. You can now find classes 7 days a week from as early as 4:15 AM till 6:45PM. We are doing our best to be as accommodating as always.  

Question: Will there be child watch services offered during this time?
Answer: We will not be reintroducing our child watch services until a later date. Thank you for your patience.
