We design our workouts not only to strengthen you in the present, but for the future.  Our strength endurance workouts don't take away from your personal passions or goals, but compliment them. We train you how to move with functional excellence. We use a variety of free weights, plyometrics, bands, and cardio elements to create a workout that fills your body and soul with life. Every movement comes with personal modifications, allowing all age ranges, experience levels, and lifestyles to feel challenged and safe. Sweaty smiles and muscles are sure to come.

We are a gym specifically designed for women. With strong focus comes great connections. You come to Vie to train your body, but you stay for the community. What comes as a surprise to many women is the common need for sisterhood. A place to escape the world, find kindness and acceptance. A high-five for the hard work you put in. Walls that echo you're strong and capable, again and again. Together, in our group classes, we pursue and find our strength.
