These paleo spinach avocado chicken burgers are the ultimate healthy burger. They’re packed with healthy fats, protein, and even hidden veggies. Make them on a weeknight, or serve them at a backyard cookout.
A package of gnocchi from the store has always been one of our favorite easy dinners, but now it just got a whole lot easier. You can make this Paleo + Whole30 beef barbacoa in your Instant Pot or Slow Cooker and save time, and energy. You’ll find yourself craving beef barbacoa for the rest of the summer, making tacos, salads, bowls and more!

Meatballs have always been a struggle for me to perfect, getting the texture right is somewhat of a science that evades me. That’s why I prefer Costco meatballs in my death row pasta meal. But somehow these chicken meatballs come together nicely. The texture is best when baked and the flavor can’t be beat.
