  • How many lbs of turkey etc. for one week? Do I make just one of the options a week or both? Totally new to meal prep.

    • Hi Cheryl!

We apologize for not getting back to your question sooner and hope that your meal prep is going well! 1lb package of turkey makes about 4 turkey burgers, so if it’s just for you, 1-2 packages of turkey a week should be good! Hope this helps.

  • Thank you for posting theses recipes!! I always love trying new things and these are all so yummy!!!
