Crisp air and leaves falling, trick or treating, pumpkin patchin’ and of course… COMFORT FOOD RECIPES. We believe in balanced nutrition, whatever that looks like for you. Comfort food can be balanced and hit the cozy feeling we all crave this time of year. Prepare these recipes ahead of time, or make a double batch for dinner and save the extras for later. The days are becoming shorter, but our goals are big!

{week one}
