– July Meal Plan –

We have no doubt that your “normal” routine is looking a little different now that summer is here.  Even with all the extra fun we should still strive to keep those healthy habits we’ve worked so hard to establish.  Vie means life, staying consistent through all seasons.
We have compiled two recipes per week, for four weeks. If meal prepping isn’t your thing, select one meal and make extra servings.  Everyone loves leftovers! Get crafty and share your creations! We love following all of your meal posts. Also, there are a couple vegetarian options sprinkled in the menu this month. There is something for everyone.
